How should I ship my parts?
Wrap all parts carefully using packing material and place smaller items in a bag or tape to larger items so that they do not get lost. Make a detailed inventory of all parts. Keep a copy and send a copy inside the box. Send your name, address, phone number, and email address (if available). Insure your package and let us know how much you would like it insured for when we return it via UPS unless other arrangements have been made.
What is your turn-around time?
Turn-around time varies depending on the size and type of the job. Each job is completed in the order it is received. We will give you an estimated completion date. We will try to complete your work in a timely manner, but please remember QUALITY work takes time.
What about the price?
There are several key factors that can affect price; condition, size, and the amount of time needed to prep and repair your parts. These factors are not always possible to be taken into consideration by telephone or from email pictures. These prices would be estimates only. After examining your parts, if additional work is needed, we will contact you and advise you of any possible additional charges.
Do you repair parts?
Yes, we can do most repairs, dent removal, and straightening.
